Return & Refund Policy

Your return, refund or exchange experience should be hassle-free. We love the idea of having a refund policy that encourages our customers to commit to a purchase and allow them to shop without fear of consequence. We stand by our products, and pride ourselves on a stellar customer service experience.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us by e-mail at support@telltheleft.com or text at (916) 245 1591. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation before returning any products. We will respond quickly with instructions.

This is how it works:
Returns/ exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a purchase due to misprinting, damage or defective items you may submit a request for a refund or exchange within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims have to be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If claims are deemed an error on our part we will cover the costs at our expense. However If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or the Shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you will have to cover the cost of reshipment once we have confirmed and updated the correct address with you.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The goods are unused in the same condition that you received it.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Please send returning Goods at the following address:

When to expect your refund
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items can’t be returned like of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized, gift cards, perishable goods, personal care goods such as beauty products, goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items and sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
